Hotel Sector Breakfast Briefing by Crowe Horwath and Cushman & Wakefield, Wednesday, 28 September 2016

This year’s Crowe Horwath and Cushman & Wakefield co-hosted Hotel Sector Briefing Breakfast emphasised the robustness of the recovery achieved in hotel profits which is now underpinning strong hotel valuations.

The event was attended by over 100 guests from the hotel sector, property and financial sectors. The theme of the briefing was to discuss the opportunities for investment as demand levels strengthen, the risks facing the Hotels sector, the current supply crisis and a review of investment activity.

The speakers at the briefing were Richard Candey, Senior Director and Head of EMEA Hospitality for Cushman & Wakefield; Aiden Murphy, Partner, Crowe Horwath; Isobel Horan, Senior Surveyor, Trading Assets, Cushman & Wakefield; and John O’Sullivan, Chairman, Hodson Bay Group.
