Hotels, Tourism and Leisure

Hospitality assets – such as hotels and resorts – are a complex real estate category. Hotel asset performance is susceptible to market fluctuations, location issues, management sophistication and high capital investment. As a result hospitality assets require a special market understanding and product expertise to guide investors, lenders and owners through the complex nature of asset acquisition, management and disposal transactions.

Crowe Horwath’s multi-disciplinary team serving the hotel, tourism and leisure sector comprises experienced accountants and hospitality consultants, with practical industry expertise. Our mix of strategic and functional skills and knowledge allows us to provide both innovative and workable business solutions.

As specialist hospitality consultants, we provide impartial expert advice on hotel, tourism and leisure projects at every stage of the lifecycle. We have extensive, in-depth knowledge and understanding of the industry. Our annual Hotel Industry Survey serves as a benchmarking tool for the sector.

Our clients include NAMA and other debt financiers, investors, developers, management companies, owner-operators and public bodies, with interests in hotels, golf courses, restaurants, licensed premises and other hospitality businesses.
